De ce / Why
Conceptul Conferinței:
- identificarea și evaluarea nevoilor/provocărilor din Europa de Est pentru IMM-uri, atunci când este vorba de Open Innovation
- înțelegerea avantajelor specifice și dezavantajelor utilizării Inovării Deschise în afacerea ta
- aflarea de noi metode și modele de inovare, și modul în care inovarea deschisă, se potrivește nevoilor tale conform resurselor existente
- pune la dispoziția companiilor tehnici de informare/unelte/cazuri de bune practici/tehnici manageriale, etc. de care au nevoie IMM-urile pentru a dezvolta procese de inovare de succes
- dezvoltarea de noi cunoștințe/perspective de management, etc. pentru a le împărtăși cu un grup ales de IMM-uri, ce sunt angajate în inovare pe termen lung (în a 2-a zi, sub rezerva interesului manifestat anterior de participanți)
- identificarea și recomandarea de surse de finantare pentru dezvoltarea de produse și servicii inovatoare
Conference Philosophy:
- identify and evaluate the needs/challenges in Eastern Europe for SMEs when it comes to Open Innovation
- understand the specific advantages and disadvantages of using Open Innovation in your business
- find out new methods and models of innovation and how particularly open innovation fits your needs according with existing resources
- provides companies with information/tools/best practice cases/management techniques, etc. for SME’s need to handle for developing successfull innovation processes
- developing new knowledge/management insights, etc. to share with selected group of SMEs that are committed to innovation on the long run ( in the 2nd day, subject to preliminary interest shown by participants)
- identifying & recommending financing sources for develloping innovative products & services

Andy Zynga
is the Global CEO of NineSigma Group, a leading open innovation services provider that helps client companies develop and maximize value from their innovation programs. During his career, Andy has built four high tech and service businesses successfully in both Europe and the USA. He also spent six years at KPMG Consulting (now Bearingpoint) in Germany and London.

Nadine Roijakkers
is Professor of Strategy and Innovation Management at Hasselt University in Belgium. A former senior strategy consultant for KPMG in Utrecht (NL) and Paris (FR), Nadine complements her university duties with roles such as SME coach, expert evaluator for the European Commission, and author of numerous articles and book chapters on innovation management. Her expertise lies in alliances, networks, SME coaching, and open innovation.

Oana-Maria Pop
is a PhD Candidate at Hasselt University in Belgium. Prior to joining academia, Oana was an editor and marketing consultant in Sweden and Denmark, working closely with innovation management services firms and their products. Her areas of expertise are innovation management education, innovation ecosystems and digital marketing. Oana also publishes regularly on the HYPE Innovation Blog.

Dacian Gabriel Coita
is the Founder of Smartfin Consulting, focusing on business education & business literacy. His post graduate degree in Business Administration form Sophia Antipolis University, Nice, France is complemented by seven years of experience in corporate banking and three years in corporate & project finance. Dacian started delivering business & project finance consulting services since 2008.

Sorin Constantin
is Corporate Regional Manager at UniCredit Tiriac Bank, covering the SME sector in North-Western Romania. Sorin currently pursues an Executive MBA at Central European University in Budapest, where he studies closely the topic of innovation in business. Sorin is also one of the founding partners of the Oradea Community Foundation (OCF), which he established in 2013 together several young, likeminded managers.

Elisabeta Butoi
is a Senior Consultant in International Businesses through Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. EEN helps small and medium-sized enterprises make the most of business opportunities when working cross-border (becoming international), transferring technology and innovating. Elisabeta has a PhD in management and is also a trainer in managing change, creativity and innovation in organizations.

Liliana Pop
is the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) Manager at Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and EU IPR Ambassador in Romania. Prior to these positions, she was trainer and business consultant in North-West Region of Romania, working closely with local entrepreneurs. Having an MBA at Open University from UK, and expertise in the intellectual property management field, Liliana developed an integrated coaching program for SMEs.

Oana Man & Oana Rus
Oana Man co-founded Crestemidei.ro, currently the most active Romanian crowdfunding platform, while Oana Rus is in charge of the projects hosted by it. Crestemidei.ro helps young entrepreneurs fund their ideas through financial contributions from the crowd in exchange of a reward. Additionally it offers a transparent environment to market test and promote a specific product/service.

Daniel Nagy
is head of Marketing at Brickflow, a digital start-up, and recently a partner at Lab.Coop, an incubator for new tech ventures. A graduate of Corvinus University of Budapest, and Deutsche Telekom alumni, Daniel now channels his energy towards becoming a traction and growth specialist for start-ups. His fields of expertise include: validating new product ideas, lean product development, marketing methodologies and commercialising innovation.

Cosmin Cricleviti
is the founder of Continuous Improvement Academy, a consultancy that promotes the most complex production management system “World Class Manufacturing”. Prior to this position, Cosmin was the Global Methodology Coordinator of World Class Manufacturing in a company belonging to Fiat Chrysler Automobile. Cosmin has a Master Degree in Organizational Management (Economics) and another in HR Management, both standing as the base for his expertise in the aforementioned field.

Anamaria Magri Pantea
is the founder and managing consultant of Ascend Consulting, where she provides specialized assistance in innovation management, business development and access to EU funding to both public and private organizations. An economist by profession and an MBA alumni of the Edinburgh Business School, Anamaria has 15 years experience in project structuring and execution as well as extensive expertise in working with the European Commission.

Mircea Buzlea
is an intellectual property attorney, with a solid background (roughly 30 years) in IT, experience in media communication and brand development, and currently working as Managing Partner in INTELECT® SRL – one of the first 5 intellectual property service providers in Romania (est .1992). He also manages Autentic SRL (est. 2000), a creative agency providing online & offline branding and copywriting services.

Florin Pleșca
is the co-founder and managing director of Icelandia, the first packaged ice pro- ducer in Romania. He chose a field that did not readily exist on the market at the time of his start-up for a very simple reason, as he himself acknowledges on the company blog: “I state with full responsibility that it was folly and recklessness, so I would not say it was an “opportunity”. An en- gineer by profession, Florin’s val- ues include: leadership, responsibility and compassion.

Simona Elena Bișboacă
is the founder of Phenalex, a company created with the purpose of bringing health benefits to all people by creating new products and implementing personal patents into pro- duction. As a food science engineer and currently a PhD student, Simona’s work has been distin- guished worldwide via numerous awards including: One gold medal, two silver medals, three special awards, one Golden Plaque, Woman of the Year 2012 category Science, and Glory medal IFIA.

Călin Păcurar
is general manager of Euromaidec Touring, a company he has run for over 10 years and which provides transpor- tation services via its fleet of cars and network of travel agencies. A young man with vision, Călin is, as of 2012, part of the Board of Directors of the local public transporta- tion company OTL Oradea. As a passionate supporter of local values and traditions, he has initiated the “The Bihar” project, a unique advertising campaign that has helped rediscover the beauties of Bihor County in Romania.

Kriszta Csala
is head of the mentoring and consultation services of Design Terminal, the Hungarian state agency responsible for the development of the creative industries. Together with her team she helps young entrepreneurs in the fields of design, fashion, technology and smart cities develop their businesses in order to enter the domestic and international markets successfully.
